Head Chef at the Five Star Sheen Falls Lodge, Chef Cormac McCreary, is delighted to welcome Chef Amet Dede formerly of Dublin Michelin star restaurants The Green House and Chapter One. Chef Amet Dede focuses on organically supplied produce from West Cork to create the best quality of dining and in 2018, as head chef in Mews Restaurant was awarded a Michelin star.

The mouth-watering menu will be hosted in the award winning The Falls Restaurant at 8pm and will consist of;
