Chef Paul McDonald and his co-owner and wife, restaurateur Helen McDonald’s Bastion restaurant is renowned for it's impeccable menu that serves contemporary Irish food and champions local produce. Bastion has been awarded a Michelin Star for 2020, one of the 18 restaurants in the Republic of Ireland.
