  • Couch to 5k

    Kenmare AC is starting a 'Couch to 5k' program from Monday January 14th for 8 weeks. Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 8pm. Venue: Super Valu underground car park (it will be closed to the public and best of all its dry). Our group 5k run is scheduled for Sunday March 11th.

  • Sean Keane in Concert with Pat Coyne & Fergus Feely

    Sean Keane in Concert Seán Keane will bring his Christmas by the Hearth Tour to the Carnegie Arts Centre on Thursday 17 January Sean will be joined by Pat Coyne on Guitar and Fergus Feely on Mandocello. Seán who hails from Caherlistrane released his 11th solo album Gratitude during the summer accompanied by the RTE Concert Orchestra. Seán will be mixing some of the new songs with the classics like Isle of Hope Isle of Tears, Galway to Graceland, Fields of Gold to many songs and tunes during the night.oin Seán and the lads a great night of music where Seán plays up to five instruments on stage during the night.   • Ring of Beara Cycle Kenmare 2019

    For the fifth year running participants will have a choice of an exciting 140km or 110km cycle, by the rugged Wild Atlantic Way coastal route on the Beara Peninsula. Participants will pass some of Ireland’s most picturesque and quaint towns including Ardgroom, Eyeries, Allihies, Castletownbere, Adrigole, Glengarriff and back to Kenmare town. Cyclists can revel in the unspoilt beauty of the Wild Atlantic Way. Participants will be rewarded with a finisher medal, hot food, hot tubs and entertainment.
