Kenmare has a wealth of local culture, and has played host to many festivals, including Fleadh Ceoil na Mumhan / Chiarrai (irish traditional music festivals), food festivals and many more. It also has many annual events including the 15th August fair day, triathlons, walks and the Christmas festival. A fine breadth of music is available every week of the year.
